Terms of Service

By accessing and using NplusTech Pro's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

NplusTech Pro provides the following services:

• Web Development and Design
• Software Development
• Computer System Administration
• Computer Networking Solutions
• Cloud Computing Services
• Photography and Videography
• Graphic Design Services

Payment terms and conditions:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges

Intellectual property rights and ownership:

• Client retains ownership of their content and data
• NplusTech Pro retains rights to proprietary methods and tools
• Custom-developed solutions become client property upon full payment
• Pre-existing NplusTech Pro intellectual property remains our property
• Clients must respect third-party intellectual property rights

NplusTech Pro's liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services
• We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions
• Client is responsible for data backup and security
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability

Our commitment to service quality:

• We strive for 99.9% uptime for hosted services
• Support requests are typically responded to within 24 hours
• Project timelines are agreed upon before commencement
• Regular progress updates will be provided
• Quality assurance testing is included in all development projects

Service termination conditions:

• Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice
• Immediate termination for breach of contract
• Payment for completed work is due upon termination
• Client data will be returned upon request
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NplusTech Pro operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
